How it Works |

1.Select your phone's manufacturer from the drop down box under “Start Here!”
2.The different manufacturer models will appear in the table at the right side of the page. Find your phone in the table and click on it. You can select up to nine phones per request.
3.Fill in your contact information on the request form.
4.Click "Get My Cash" to complete your request.
5.We will send you an email confirming your request.
6.You can either print off a shipping label or we will immediately send you a box or padded envelope for your phone(s).
7.Once you receive the box, please put your phone in it and attach the return shipping label that’s provided. Make sure you put your contact information in the box.
8.Drop it off at your nearest post office or leave it with your postal carrier.
9.Log into your account to view the status of your request. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you that your check had been sent.
10.You will receive your check in 3-5 days after your confirmation email.
