if i had$422 i would go to every single house on my block with my friends and families and we would each have recycle bins that i bought with the money any i would collect everything that can be recycled

With the $422 dollars, I would start a community effort to recycle. The money will be used to buy recycling bins. The bins will be placed inside of my high school and at popular restaurants and shopping places in my community.
